This document summarizes changes to the Xavier University of Louisiana's Undergraduate Research Journal (XULAneXUS) for the 2010-2011 academic year. It introduces a new initiative funded by the Mellon Foundation that trains students to produce digital scholarship by incorporating digital media into scholarly works. Two previously published student authors enhanced their works through additional digital content like audio, video, and images. The journal also increased faculty involvement in the peer review process and editorial board.
