click on “Guest Surveys.”

The ‘Mood’ metric is an average of all the responses a single
guest gave to your survey.

View the number of completed guest surveys over a
chosen period of time.

Average score per question:
This table shows a comparison between the current time
period & the preceding one; breaking down the ratings for
each question.

Click “Read” to view each individual guest
survey in more detail.

Guests are prompted, but not required, to fill in their details;
making it quicker and easier for guests to complete your
surveys.

You also receive an email notification every time a guest
completes a survey in your hotel app.
