Details from my CNC programming experience.
From 2003 until now I have worked in three (3) firms of CNC.
 FURNITURE INDUSTRY
1. PADE S.A. 5D AXIS CNC
2. BACCI 5D AXIS CNC

I was responsible for design in AutoCAD and Solidworks, after translating these
files via Alphacad in Numeric files (ANC and ARD file) and then programmed the CNC
to produce. After some testing efforts, and if everything was ok, and finally go to
production of products (furniture parts).
Many times, I programmed the CNC manually typing the commands on the
screen that has the CNC when it had to do simple editing (holes. Lines etc.)
The industry since 2009 has moved in Poland, searching lower cost in
production. Here is only the commercial section of that company.

I have the responsibility to program the CNC mainly manually for simple
acts. Holes and surfaces finishing steel sheets.
