Akhilesh Mattoo, Director Hemankshu Sawant, Director
He has been in the field of management consulting for over
12 years. He has a Masters degree in Management Studies
from Welingkar Institute of Management Development and
Research, and B.Com (Hons.) from Delhi University. He has
completed advanced laboratory for human process from
ISABS. He has been associated with Shreeji consultant, HDFC
ERGO, SMMART Training and Consultancy and Lumos
Consultancy [Co-founder]. His forte lies in human processes
and interactions, execution of the Change Management
Program in an organization, leadership development plan,
sales management and offering clarity of concepts to
employees from all levels.
He has 12 years of experience in handling sales, marketing,
and research analysis in companies such as Ingram Micro,
Ebay, Golds Gym, Tata AIA and Tantra brand solutions. He has
2 years of teaching experience as a professor with several
leading institutes for management and economics. He is an
expert in systems and processes, product development, train
the trainer, customer service, strategic planning and
organization development, human resource management and
execution of business models, leadership development plan
and performance management systems and production
management.
12. Nikita Ganatra, Associate Consultant Jainish Tripathi, Co-founder
She is currently at the final stages of her Professional
Development Program at ISABS. She is a certified MBTI
practitioner from Anahata Institute and a Certified
Transformational coach from Leadership That Works
(LTW-USA) (ICF -accredited. She is the principal founder
of Lumos Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd. In her earlier
years as a Customer Service Professional, she has served
highly reputed organizations such as HSBC Bank & HDFC
Ergo General Insurance Co. Ltd. She has executed more
than 300 hours of one-to-one coaching and several
developmental training programs for corporate clients,
NGOs, SMEs & schools.
He started his career with DuPont as an engineer where he
gained an in-depth knowledge of the systems and
processes of a corporate. Later, with the vision of serving
SMEs, he entered into the consulting domain. He has an
experience of over four years in management
consulting and his educational qualification includes
Bachelor of Engineering in E&C as well as a specialization
in MBA-Marketing. He has completed Six Sigma
certification and his strong business analytical skills him to
identify the real needs of an organization and an
entrepreneur. His approach is focused towards customer
success, which makes him an excellent consultant.

freelanced for PlanetOne Advertising and Blogmint. Her
strengths include deep understanding of the digital medium and
