the value and intensity of the
message transmitted on the

more about listening. When you’re an engaged
listener, not only will you better understand the other
person, you’ll also make that person feel heard and
understood.
What is listening :-
listening is the interpretative action taken by
the listener in order to understand and potentially
make meaning out of the sound waves.

Focus fully on the speaker.
Avoid interrupting or trying to redirect the conversation to your

Try to set aside judgment.
Provide feedback.
