8. Key Insights from Self Leadership?
• I have to work towards minimizing the fourth
quadrant in Johari Window.
• An individual has two self's – an inner self and an
outer self.
o I would spend some time every day with my inner self to
reflect upon my learning's and doings
• For connecting with inner self, it is also important
have a healthy being
o I would spend sometime every day practicing Yoga and
Meditation
