The ProblemThe Problem
In Italy it has always been difficult for citizens and enterprises to
communicate and interact with public administration bodies (PA) and
public offices.
ISSUE 1:
Quite often it's very hard to gain access to the relevant contact
information of the PA. Moreover they have huge size and they are not
machine readable.
ISSUE 2:
Instruments such as certified emails (PEC) are becoming more and
more essential but these are not supported well by apps. There are no
free mobile and cross-provider clients for PEC.
This issue is becoming more prominent by the fact that nowadays
communication happens at a much faster pace and often through the
use of mobile devices.

emails, browse websites, call and visualize the offices in a map.
