NFL Home Field
At the National Football League’s NFL Home Field, people are invited to get
to know America’s favorite sport through interactive games & displays,
entertainment attractions, football clinics and watch live games featuring local
teams. Within 17 activation days in Beijing and Shanghai, there were more
than 260.000 visitors. G2S assisted Havas SE to produce videos and photos for
the NFL event. We made a wrap-up video including drone footage and did a
time-lapse of the Beijing set-up.

For the event where the ultra-luxury SUV Bentley Bentayga was presented to
the Chinese public in Chengdu, G2S was responsible for all the video content.
After developing the creative concept,the video itself was made including some
intriguing 3D animations. At the event, the video was shown to the audience
using a 270° screen projection. It was truly spectacular, with our video creating
an extraordinary first person perspective.The audience felt that the car, which
was placed between the two screens, was actually driving on the projected
terrains.

The 2015 Huawei Cloud Congress (HCC) was held in the Shanghai Expo Center
during September 18 and 19, 2015. G2S assisted Havas Sports & Entertainment
in their collaboration with HCC to provide various screen content on the 80m
wide screen to more than 5,000 guests for their keynote sessions. In addition,
we provided the entire live feed set up with 3 fixed cameras, one crane and
steady cam. This live feed was webcast as well as broadcast throughout to
other areas of the Expo Center. We also filmed and photographed the event
itself to produce the post-event wrap up video, which included drone filming.
G2S assisted to design several of the keynote presentations as well.

Summary The Work
Pernod Ricard is a well-known French company that produces many distilled
beverages and several types of pastis. For their China Annual Conference,
G2S designed and produced several keynote presentations and the opening
animation for their event with the theme Shaping Tomorrow Together. We

Promotional Videos and Event Coverage for Audi Innovation Lab
AUDI CHINA
G2S provided a variety of video services for Audi Innovation Lab 2014, an
entrepreneurship competition. Before recruitment, for social media broadcast,
G2S produced a teaser video featuring musician Kelly Cha, designed and animated
an introduction video explaining the steps of the competition, and scripted and
produced five Creative Pioneers viral videos featuring leading entrepreneurs.
During recruitment, at ten campaign stops throughout China, G2S assisted with live
video transmission and filmed each event. During Semi-final presentations, G2S
additionally edited the presentations to be posted online for public voting. After
filming the Finals, and under time pressure, G2S edited an summary video shown at
the GQ Man of the Year Awards Ceremony.

Summary The Work
Auto Shanghai is a biennial international automobile show that alternates with
the Beijing Auto Show (Auto China) as China’s yearly international automotive
exhibition. Due to greatly expanding presence of foreign brands in the Chinese
markets, Auto Shanghai has become one of the premier international auto
shows. For this particular event, G2S was hired by Volkswagen Group China for

2015. From the construction to Quality Assurance check of the cars prior to
move-in to the National Exhibition Conference Center to the Auto Show itself,

Wanda Group is a Chinese conglomerate and China’s biggest private property
developer and the world’s largest cinema chain operator, owning Wanda Cinemas,
AMC Entertainment and the Hoyts Group. The company operates in four major
industries: commercial property, luxury hotels, culture and tourism and department
stores In order to grow global brand recognition, the Chinese real estate giant asked
G2S to conceive, create and produce their first promotional video aimed at American
and European audiences.

Summary The Work
G2S was commissioned by Volkswagen Group China to create an interactive video
experience with the end goal of boosting recruitment and employee retention for the
multinational’s China operations. This project has involved capturing expatriate life
on film in multiple cities across China, design and development of a website video
platform, research and writing of educational text, and occasional features such as
animation videos, music composition, and print campaign materials.
Event preparatory film and design work is also produced for “China Experience
Evening Events” hosted at major locations in Europe, where the platform is used
as a targeted recruitment tool. In 2014, we redesigned the website to make it more
modern and mobile friendly.We also added an events gallery and a real estate search
function.

The Beetle Gene Website was created to attract Chinese music lovers to experience
the new car in a fun and exciting way. Intended to stimulate, surprise and engage,
G2S devised personalized online journeys for each user by integrating social media
from their weibo accounts and creating unique music videos. G2S produced all of the
video material, 3D animation and MV content for the website. We directed a studio
shoot with the New Beetle and the three-time China DMC champion, DJ Wordy.
We then created an exciting 3D animation introducing the car to the city, and users
to the sportier aspects of the New Beetle. The campaign was immensely successful
and attracted audiences from all over the world.

The Durex Baby App is a fun and light-hearted way to demonstrate what it’s like
to have a baby…and then encourage the public to use condoms. For the Chinese
language version, G2S handled from conception through to post-production
the creation of an entire live-action digital commercial. We developed an
entertaining scenario, story-boarded the video, casted the actors and handled
location scouting. Then, we designed the lighting scheme, directed the shoot,
and completed all the post-production including color correction, editing, and
sound design.The video was released online and viewed by millions of Chinese
consumers who appreciated our humorous approach to the subject.

Bei Style is the fashion line and store of Bei, a Chinese native who studied fashion
design in both China, at Tsinghua University, and France at Atelier Chardon Savard.
With two stores in Paris and a third in Beijing, Bei needed a website that reflected her
style inspired by Parisian elegance and sophistication.
G2S agreed to re-design Bei’s website using sophisticated navigational approaches
and a streamlined, understated design.

G2S created and produced 4 award videos and one opening video for the « Mercedes-
Benz Family Dinner Event » in order to present and award the best performing
Mercedes-Benz dealerships in China. To do so, G2S had 2 crews shooting over the
course of 6 days in 11 different locations around China. Upon returning to Beijing, we
edited, subtitled and encoded all 5 videos within 3 days.
We created 3D animated introductions and motion graphics for each video,composed
original music for the opening video and the awards event, and handled all aspects
of the video sound design. Finally, we provided top-notch event photography and
filming by using 6 cameras and crane, from which we edited a final wrap-up video.

As part of its promotion of the tennis sport among young Chinese people,
Dongfeng Peugeot organize every year the Future Masters Tournament, held in
Beijing and Shanghai. The finalists of this tournament are offered the chance
to go to Paris, attend the French Open (Roland Garros) and train with the best of
the tennis world. G2S followed the entire process, filming the youths’ selection
in China, their trip to France, their experience at the tournament and the
surrounding events, and their return to Beijing. Within a tight timeframe,
we edited a short documentary with an original sound design. The video was
played in Paris and Shanghai during the French Open, in order to promote
Chinese and French friendship over the game of tennis.

For Tissot, a luxury Swiss watchmaking company, a photo shoot took place
inside Beijings’ 798 art district with China’s number one heartthrob, actor/
singer/model, Huang Xiaoming to promote their new collection of watches.
G2S functioned as the local producer for this photo shoot by choosing and
organizing the location for this particular event. Moreover we hosted the French
and American crew during their stay in Beijing. Finally, G2S provided first-class
project management services, arranged schedules, production documents and
communication, to ensure that the project was handled in an efficient and
satisfactory way.

Summary The Work
Joel the Butcher is the fashion line and store of Joel, a Shanghai-based French
designer with many years of experience producing faux fur for international
clothing brands. Joel needed a website that reflected his clothing’s intellect,
elegance, and comfort. G2S proposed a unique branding concept whereby the
website user is guided by Joel and a model through Joel’s private “airplane
creative studio”, allowing the brand to “take flight” and award the user with
an intimate and creative experience. G2S created all the 3D graphics and flash
elements, photographed the model for the collection, and shot a commercial
video. With our help, Joel has been able to launch his brand internationally
with a cutting edge website that engages and surprises the viewers.

G2S was contacted by Havas Sports & Entertainment to produce several videos of
their Roland Garros event. It takes place every year in Beijing and Shanghai and is
designed to promote tennis and the French Open in China. Every year since 2012,
we have produced a range of videos capturing this event from the set-up until the
end. From our footage of the venue’s construction during day and night, we created
a making-of video. We also filmed the opening ceremony, created a wrap-up video,
gathered footage of Chinese people saying hello to Roland Garros in Paris, and lastly
created a promotional stop motion video to be used during and after the event. In
addition, we also provided all of the photo coverage of the event.

glamour, style and luxury. It broadcasts over multiple platforms including
satellite TV, cable distribution, direct to home, mobile and IPTV/VOD. As
Fashion One’s designated content provider for China, we cover everything from

Sanlitun Village has long been a staple of modern Beijing’s cultural life.
Therefore, when the Taikooli Company decided to rename the complex, they
knew it would take a strong re-branding effort. They turned to G2S to create a
teaser video to be played on Taikoo Li’s main LED screen in the run up to the
main launch event, as well as a video to kick off the launch ceremony.
We captured a host of time-lapse images during the daytime and at night,
from both high above Taikooli, and from a crane as it travelled through the
alleyways, all filmed in a special wide format particularly suited to the TKL’s
unique screen.G2S also casted actors to represent the type of trendy youths who
typically shop at Taikoo Li; we incorporated light-hearted and spontaneous-
feeling interviews with these characters into the videos.

Online Film Festival (EUOFF). Bringing the finest and freshest European cinema to
China, this event has a line-up that ranges from features to shorts and documentary
to animation. In total 20 titles from over 15 EU Member States were shown to the
public. G2S has been in charge of creating this year’s visual identity in addition to
produce & post-produce a trailer introducing the 15 films represented by the European
Union delegation to China with online support from LeTv.com.

Matthieu Chedid, better known by his stage name -M-, is a French rock singer-
songwriter and guitar player. Together with AM444, the music project of
Chinese singer/songwriter/dj ChaCha and veteran Dutch producer/musician
Jay Soul, he made the song ‘Détache Toi’. G2S was asked to assist them during
the recording of their video clip as local producer. We made this happen in
cooperation with director Mathieu Demy, who is also a famous French actor,
and cinemetographer Éponine Momenceau, winner of the Palm d’Or for her
film Deephan during the 2015 Cannes Film Festival.

Every year, L’Oréal honours its suppliers with a day-long celebratory event and
awards ceremony “Asia Pacific Supplier Day”. L’Oréal asked G2S to create key visuals
and a selection of animated videos specially designed for the event’s wide format
on-stage screen. The first video presented the Global Performance Awards trophy
in an inspiring and moving animation. The second provided an animated frame to
hold videos of the winners, and the third introduced the overall event. Lastly, all
the videos were mixed with an affirming and touching sound-track that integrated
smoothly with the rest of the event.

Most men have tailors take their measurements when ordering a custom-made
suit. Simply Fit, an American online tailor, allows men to submit measurements
alone and receive a custom suit by postal mail. Simply Fit asked G2S to re-brand the
company and design a new website for the Chinese market. This included developing
a branding concept, assigning colors, logo design, and writing and designing a Logo
Usage Guidelines pamphlet.
G2S incorporated the elements in the design and development of the Simply Fit
website. We also produced videos for the website, teaching men how to take their
measurements by themselves, using film and animation to illustrate the processes
clearly and elegantly.The website is designed to allow for eventual bilingual English-
Chinese functionality.

RDM FINGEN GROUP ASIA
The FlorentiaVillage is a luxury designer outlets inTianjin, and the first China’s
authentic Italian outlet village. It is entirely built as a replica of the romantic
Italian town,Florence.With its 200 world-renowned luxury brands,it delivers an
uncompromising shopping experience for Chinese consumers with beautiful
Italian style architecture, including a canal with gondolas running through the
entire village, bridges and an elegant arena.
They asked us to brand the company and design their website. This included
developing a branding concept, designing a logo and writing a corporate
identity guidelines pamphlet. In addition, G2S has followed the construction
progress of the village and we produced a video, broadcasted during the launch
event, that showcased footage from the construction site and from a crane as
it travelled through the alleyways.

Joy Wish Online Campaign

As part of the JoyWish Campaign for BMW,G2S was asked by Interone/Contra to create
an interactive video to drive online users to the campaign microsite. G2S handled the
complete production process, from storyboarding to sound mixing within only ten
days. We handled every aspect of the process including location scouting, casting,
shooting, and post-production. Throughout the process we exhibited our trademark
flexibility in responding to and incorporating the client’s requests. Both the client

Summary The Work
To internally promote Total’s training programs, G2S traveled to Shenzhen and Hong
Kong to film interviews with the participants and organizers of the 13th edition of
Total University’s SMG’s (Séminaire Management Group) 2 week training session in
China. Under a very tight timeline of 4 working days, we filmed, edited and delivered
a 20-minute video. Pleased by our work, Total partnered with us again to produce
two 12-minute documentaries and a 4-minute teaser to promote its Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) programs in the domains of public health and education.

Every year, BMW Brilliance Automotive holds an internal company celebration to
honor the year’s achievements and the hard work of its employees. In 2013 they
injected a new dose of excitement into the event by giving employees the chance
to become the entertainment themselves. They organized a massive Voice-like
competition to find the most talented BBA employees through weeks of auditions
and training.
BBA called on G2S to provide documentary coverage of the entire process. We filmed
the contestants, behind-the-scenes interviews with the judges, the training sessions
and the build-up to the final event and the live performance for the entire BBA
company in a giant Olympic stadium in Shenyang.

G2S drew on deep and broad creative, technical and logistical know-how to cover
all aspects of production for Dinosaur Land Changzhou’s TV commercial. We were
tasked with producing a “60-second Jurassic Park”, integrating an intricate live action
shoot with extensive post-production.Within an extremely tight filming window, we
managed a crew of 95 people, over 20 actors and an elephant, shooting not only while
the park was open for business, but also through adverse weather conditions. In post-
production we brought to life six individual dinosaurs, giving them comprehensive
muscle structure and 3D animation.The commercial was screened on CCTV 1 and 4,
reaching an audience of hundreds of millions.

China.G2S assisted them in the realization of a hard cover magazine,presenting
the 20 years of Connexions Magazine. The final output was a perfect bound
pictorial publication, containing about 300 pages in coated paper. G2S created
the concept, as well as design and layout of the booklet. G2S also supervised
the manufacturing and printing of 4. 000 copies of the Mook.

HANDICAP INTERNATIONAL
Annual Report Design and Print
Handicap International is an international solidarity organization specialized
in the field of disability. The NGO has been operating in China since 1998. The
objective of Handicap International is to promote the rights and socio-economic
inclusion of people with disabilities, especially in rural areas. G2S designed
for them their annual report with a creative but solid layout and printed 500
copies of the report in English and 1.000 copies in Chinese. The annual report
consisted of 24 pages incl. front and back cover.

Green Reconstruction Of Sichuan Documentary

“Green Reconstruction of Sichuan”. Followingthe devastating Sichuan earthquake of
2008, AFD partnered with local authorities to investaround 200 million USD over 4
years to rebuild.G2S developed the idea for, and produced a 20-minute documentary
that showed and explained the entire reconstruction process. G2S further helped to
promote the project by organizing photographic exhibitions in Chengdu and Beijing.
In addition, we created leaflets, posters and other print material in English, French
and Chinese.

To celebrate the 2012 Christmas season and L’Occitane en Provence’s 7th year
in China, L’Occitane opened a pop-up store in a mall in Xi’an.They called upon
G2S to help document the event. Over the course of 10 hours, G2S used time-
lapse photography and video to capture the entire installation process. With a
careful attention to brand awareness and nuanced cinematography, G2S then
filmed the store as it opened to customers. In post-production, we integrated
innovative 3D titling into the footage itself to lend added visual interest. The
video was released online and in stores throughout China and internationally,
and was seen by thousands.

Mediacom is one of the foremost media agencies in the industry. As part of its
work representing Volkswagen’s Touareg, Mediacom needed an engaging way to
demonstrate its thorough knowledge of the SUV market and of their target audience.
Tasked with bringing to life a market research full of statistics, G2S worked closely
with Mediacom to develop a script and design. Within only one week, we created
a 6-minute mixed media animation, combining voice over, live photography and
iconographicdesign.Mediacomusedthevideoastheopeningsalvoofitspresentation
to Volkswagen and expressed great satisfaction with the results.

Chinese Website
The American company Caterpillar is the world’s leading manufacturer of
mining and construction equipment, natural and diesel gas engines, diesel-
electric locomotives and industrial gas turbines. G2S developed the new CSS
templates for the Chinese Caterpillar website in accordance with the Caterpillar
USA website. We optimized the layout and unified the design according to the
global visual guidelines for Caterpillar.

Summary The Work
Volkswagen Import Cars of China launched a graphic novel named “Kingdom of
Night” to promote the Scirocco model to the Chinese market. They asked G2S to
create a teaser from the print campaign to generate enthusiasm, so we extracted
images from the graphic novel to create an entertaining and dynamic teaser. The
campaign went on to achieve around 6 million interactions on various social media
platforms and interactive cross-media experiences. We then went on to produce
a 4-minute video with original composed music detailing the success of two of
Scirocco’s previous campaigns.

Advertising Awards Entry, Think Blue Campaign
VOLKSWAGEN (VGIC) - DDB
Volkswagen launched its “Think Blue” campaign as part of its general strategy to
become the world’s leading ecological automaker. As part of this effort in China,
Volkswagen, in collaboration with the internationally renowned advertising agency
DDB, launched an online web series that challenged young people to generate new
and creative ways to save energy. After the series concluded, G2S created a video
to summarize the campaign and its effectiveness using icons and graphic design,
combined with animated titling and live footage from the series. With a focused
attention to details,integrated animation and sound design,we created two engaging
versions, one in Chinese and one in English.

DHL Speed Challenge

GPJ and JUXT were given the challenge by DHL to derive ideas to help DHL engage their
customers and create buzz around theWorld Cup in 4 Days.They created an integrated
campaign with huge awareness garnered both on-line and via mobile platforms. DHL
Express Vans delivered football fields to 2 cities by staging 6 tournaments in 2 days
garnering participation from 24 teams, with thousands of supporters showing up to

cheer their teams on. This campaign was nominated for the Georgies Award 2015.
To showcase all the different aspects of the campaign, GPJ asked G2S to produce a
video that highlighted all the features. In one week G2S produced a 3 minute video
including animated infographics, voice-over and music.

Tmall is the B2C retail platform of Taobao and the world biggest online shop.
They have launched a campaign built around“singles day”(11.11) to drive traffic
and boost sales in China. This special day was originally created in China to
encourage singles students to get together, celebrate their lives and overcome
loneliness.
During this day in 2012,Tmall achieved sales of $2.1 billion in sales in 24 hours,
setting another world record.They asked G2S to present the spectacular results
of their campaign in a wrap-up video that would summarize their outstanding
marketing actions to improve the shopping experience.

The Shanghai Wo Ai Ni (I Love You) annual student film collective is a short film
competition involving multiple high schools across Shanghai. The founder of the
collective, renowned producer Emmanual Benbihy, as well as many other industry
professionals served as mentors for the high school students.These students fulfilled
all the various roles of production including director, DP, sound engineer, actors,
editors, etc. G2S founder Antoine Breton was one of the jury members who selected
the winners across several categories. Moreover, G2S was one of the partners of this
event and contributed by designing the poster of the event and the trophy awarded
to the winners. In addition we also shot interviews, behind the scenes and rehearsals
and made an explanatorial wrap-up movie covering all the highlights.

To position their newly imported car, the B7 Variant, on the Chinese market,
Volkswagen Import Car of China was planning to launch a print campaign. Their
choice was to target middle-aged people, for whom they would emphasize the car’s
new, innovative approach to comfort. The campaign thus presents the B7 Variant
through three key attributes, in three print ads: its interior comfort, the “easy open”
trunk function and its incredible volume holding capacity. G2S was chosen by DDB
China to handle the different aspects of the production for the photo shoot; German
photographers Yona & Tom were flown in specially for the shoot.

The Michelin Challenge Bibendum is a major annual sustainable mobility
event sponsored by French tire company, Michelin. The 12th edition was held
in Chengdu, China in November, 2014 and was attended by global movers
and shakers. G2S helped shape and record the event through our design and
photography services. We covered everything from the car rally to the TEDCity
2.0 Salon to the Leaders’ Forum.

Casting for a Kinder Shooting
KINDER - RITA PRODUCTIONS
Rita Productions called upon G2S to do the local casting for two children and one
mother for the new Kinder Joy TVC. The lengthy casting process involved more
than one hundred candidates from Beijing and Shanghai. G2S then arranged the
visa applications for the actors and their chaperones, and accompanied them to
the Czech Republic where the TVC was filmed. G2S also acted as China 1st Assistant
Director on set, as well as translator when off set. The TVC placed the children in a
3D environment with interaction with the 3D Kinderino Egg.

CBD Tower Z11
Woods Bagot is a global architectural and consulting practice. It specializes
in the design and planning of buildings across a wide variety of sectors and
disciplines including aviation and transport, education, science and health,
lifestyle, sport and the workplace. G2S assisted the company to pitch for the
construction of Z11, a mixed-use commercial tower that introduces a new icon
to Beijing’s Central Business District. Consisting of office, residential and retail
space, the building signifies a place where the transition between life and work
is seamless. G2S produced, edited and provided voice-over for the 8 minute
video the company used for their pitch.

Over the course of two years, G2S worked with Cardinal Health/Avène to redesign
and develop the graphic layout of their basic communication tools. We also created
visually appealing, dynamic and easy-to-use flash animation presentations for
multiple occasions including the « Avène Grand Conference Club » in 2013 and again
in 2014, professional workshops, and the launching of the brand’s new products.
Each time, we adapted our approach to the target audience, ranging from medical
professionals to a larger consumer audience. Intuitive and interactive, those tailor-
made presentations were restructured to integrate a Flash technology and animated
graphic elements.We designed the presentations to be as close as possible to Avène’s
attractive and modern brand image.

When Langham Hotel opened their location at the newly constructed Terminal
Three of the Beijing International Airport, they enlisted G2S in several areas.
We photographed all the various parts of the hotel for their online and offline
marketing kit.We also designed a“Pink Lady”character,a virtual representation
of their actual lobby hostesses.We recreated a guest room in a 3D virtual space
and the Pink Lady explained the different in-room amenities and services
available to the guests. This animation was the first thing that guests would
see when turning on their TV.

Summary The Work
In order to show consumers that Marie Claire is a magazine written by real women
for real women, they launched a four-month campaign across print, TV and web.
They needed an engaging video that captured their philosophy, and we conceived
an animation showing a fresh and natural woman breaking free from the bonds of
a superficial and unnatural beauty. We developed the idea, ran the photo-shoot, and
handled the post-production, including CGI and animation. The final video became
part of Marie Claire’s comprehensive campaign and our work has been seen in print,
on television and online.

As the world’s largest architectural design and construction firm, ARUP wanted to
trace its contribution to the development of one of the world’s greatest cities, Beijing.
What began as a “corporate video” evolved greatly in scope and status to become an
hour-long documentary following the dramatic changes to the Beijing skyline in the
run up to the Olympic Games. Understanding the need to narrate the story from a
human angle, we juxtaposed staff interviews with the story of a beekeeper living in
a Beijing hutong and a Beijing taxi driver. The film was seen by ARUP staff all over
the world, and was shown at the London Architecture Festival 2008 and the Power
House Museum in Sydney.

present on a topic using a simple format; 20 slides, 20 seconds per slide. G2S

For three years in a row now,TedX has called upon G2S to handle the video and photo
coverage of their popular talks in Beijing. A believer in the importance of sharing
