8. Suspension
This Suspension may be appealed to the
Board of Management in the first instance
and, if dissatisfied with the Board’s
outcome, parents may appeal to the
Secretary General of the Department of
Education and Skills, under Section 29 of
the Education Act, 1998. However,
Coláiste Éanna retains the right to enforce
the Suspension during the Appeals
process.
