Lead- Quality Assurance

Support new and existing projects by instating the VWR International QA process.
Assess the QA process and indentified ways to make improvement. Provided project
leadership, mentoring and training to QA team members and external team members
for process and procedures and tool implementations. Create and maintained the QA
project plan for each assigned project. Manage project team expectations for QA
deliverables based on external dependencies (date driven vs. functionality driven, lack
of adequate documentation, etc.) Perform documentation evaluation for Business
Requirements, Use Cases, and Functional Specs. Provided time estimates for effort
and resource allocation. Provided Gap Analysis reporting to the project managers, and
ensure that a requirement change management procedure was in place and/ or
establish a process to maintain project integrity. Ensured proper testing occurs by,
creating and distributing a QA Master Test Plan. Creating, executing, and maintaining
manual and automated test cases in the HPALM(QC) test tool. Entering requirements
to ensure traceability between the test strategy, test cases, and functional requirements.
