Professional Experience
Lead- Quality Assurance
VWR International – Wayne Pennsylvania
Support new and existing projects by instating the VWR International QA process.
Assess the QA process and indentified ways to make improvement. Provided project
leadership, mentoring and training to QA team members and external team members
for process and procedures and tool implementations. Create and maintained the QA
project plan for each assigned project. Manage project team expectations for QA
deliverables based on external dependencies (date driven vs. functionality driven, lack
of adequate documentation, etc.) Perform documentation evaluation for Business
Requirements, Use Cases, and Functional Specs. Provided time estimates for effort
and resource allocation. Provided Gap Analysis reporting to the project managers, and
ensure that a requirement change management procedure was in place and/ or
establish a process to maintain project integrity. Ensured proper testing occurs by,
creating and distributing a QA Master Test Plan. Creating, executing, and maintaining

I ensure that the proper risk assessment occur by identifying, documenting, and
communicating project risk due to various internal and/or external factors to the
Project Manager and the project team. This occurs during all phases of the software

from Bank one online customers. Conducted conversations based on their initial
inquiry about receiving electronic transmissions as opposed to physical checks. Gained
understanding of the customer’s needs and provide them with the current electronic
options available. Reviewed their selected choice and provided the necessary
documentation to get them setup to go electronically. Verified mutual customer data
files with customer and updated Admin UI with customer’s account and contact

Reconciled paid checks against the issuance file and identifies any PWI’s (Paid Without
Issuance). Returned checks to the Federal Reserve when required. Mailed full
reconcilement and month-end reports to the customer. Separated the original
instruction file into checks drawn “on-us” and checks drawn on other banks. Loaded
