2. Helping Angels took the children of Holy Cross children’s home to the SOS farm in Villiersdorp on Friday, 2 October for a fun day! A huge thanks to Johan and the rest of the SOS Wild team for their invitation and this wonderful opportunity!

3. Arrival at the SOS farm…so excited after the long trip! The kids were spoiled with muffins and hot chocolate 

4. After the muffins and hot chocolate the children took part in a Bundu Bash …a wonderful outdoor obstacle course!!!!

6. Running, climbing, balance… And teamwork 

7. Tired but happy… The winners of the Bundu Bash

8. Then it was time for rock wall climbing…

9. Followed by the rope challenge

10. Everyone was spoiled with hamburgers and chips for lunch, and then it was time to meet all the animals.

12. And finally a bit of splashing in the water  What a wonderful day!!! Thanks again to Johan and the SOS team for all the activities and treats. And a big thanks to the SOS team & Eljo SA for sponsoring us with transport for this magical day!!

13. SOS kitchen team packing samies, juice and apples for the bus trip home And then sadly it was time to say goodbye … the kids sang us a beautiful song!!
