This document summarizes the objectives and outcomes of a meeting about tourism concessions in southern Africa. The meeting aimed to review best practices and challenges, build regional capacity on concessions, and strengthen networks between stakeholders. Key outputs included documents to disseminate concession experiences in Mozambique, as well as continued work on guidelines, training, and networking on concessions in the region. Next steps discussed finalizing a manual on Mozambican concessions, expanding online resources, and designing training modules.
