RESEARCH EXPERIENCE
Hands-on experience in planning and executing multi-step organic and inorganic
synthesis using modern techniques (from mg to g scale).
Able to design, synthesize and characterize of new organic ligands for metal-organic
frameworks creation.
Strong background in separation and purification of obtained compounds using by
techniques such as column chromatography, recrystallization, distillation, sublimation.
Intensive experience carrying out of the MOFs crystallization utilizing the hydrothermal,
solvothermal and room temperature synthesis.
Experience in chemistry of the spin-crossover coordination polymers.
Ability to characterize of the material’s fundamental chemical properties and deduction
of the corresponding structure-property relationship.
Skilled in analysis of organic and inorganic compounds by NMR, UV-Vis, IR,
fluorescent spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA/DTA), X-ray diffraction
(XRD), mass spectra for structure determination of synthesized compounds.
Experience in X-ray single crystal structure determination including data collection
using Stoe IPDS diffractometer, processing (SHELX packages) and preparation of
results for publications (using Olex2, WinGX, Crystals, Diamond and Mercury
programs).
Experience in X-ray powder diffraction technique (Stoe STADIP). A solid phase
determination and stability study.

Position: Lead Project Manager (Department of Chemistry, Medicine and
Biotechnology).
Activities:
coordination of projects translation;
translation and editing on chemistry, pharmaceutical, medicine,
biotechnology, microbiology patents in EN/RU and EN/UA;
business communication with the client (USA), translators/editors team;
preparing, filing and prosecuting national, EURASIAN and PCT applications.
TEACHING EXPERIENCE
Teaching assistant on the general chemistry and chemistry of elements for 2nd

undergraduate students (seminar experience).
