Unisys Asset Management team supports one of the biggest client UNILEVER globally with over
102 countries and 378 sites. Making sure the CMDB (Database) is accurate to have the smooth
process of the daily operations. Co-ordinating and maintaining stocks of the assets in stock
rooms with the help of the site techs, procuring the assets as per the stock calculation,
remotely assigning the assets to the users, validating the reconciliation IMACD process.
Initiating stock audits to the technicians on site in the stock rooms. Validating the lease
schedule agreement and certificate of acceptance.
3. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Good knowledge on ITAM life cycle and Involved in the complete process of ITAM.
• Generating and managing internal reports for the team – Daily, Weekly, Fortnight,
Monthly and YTD Reports.
• Analyze and perform daily analysis on CMDB, SCCM, and ePo reports to determine the
GAP analysis and Root Cause analysis.
• Data Management - Making sure the CMDB is accurate data at 98% to perform the daily
operations without any discrepancies.

Asset management team will support Global CISCO Clients and work on the cases. These
Incidents contains Issues like dealing with support and analysis across a large range of asset
management activities, including procurement, refresh cases, termination and return cases of
