OUR UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR NEED
Archirodon is a large multinational construction group with 60 years of international experience, starting from
the construction of two “signature” projects, Beirut Port in Lebanon and Port of Benghazi, Libya. We have
been gradually developed into a major international contractor, expanding its operations initially in Saudi
Arabia and subsequently in other Gulf countries, in North Africa and the Mediterranean area.
Today Archirodon are considered a leading EPC player internationally with 1$ billion annual revenue,
capacity in more than 30 countries around the globe across 4 continents, building mega construction projects
of great complexity.
Archirodon is looking to partner with a recruitment consultancy to support with two critical and senior hires
within the business.

PROPOSED METHOD
For the recruitment of your two vacancies, we propose using a specific retained headhunt campaign. The
exercise would firstly entail researching the relevant companies across the region and internationally that
would have sufficient synergy with your business. Our dedicated Researchers will then carry out the
necessary business intelligence to identify suitable candidates for the position. Throughout the process we
are completely transparent, all of the information will be shared with you to keep track of our progress. Hays
team would then directly contact these individuals to ascertain their interest in such an opportunity.
Candidates would be assessed with your specific needs in mind and the relevant short-list would then be
forwarded, along with commentary on each candidate. We would of course handle the interview process,
feedback, and offer management.
Our Approach
A retained search is recommended as this is a critical, senior, and specific appointments, requiring candidates of
the very highest calibre. This will be a limited talent pool of candidates who, most likely, are not actively looking for
a new job opportunity. Hence, the need for a pro-active approach.
Whilst we feel that the headhunt exercise will likely produce the most desired results, we will simultaneously use
other methods to attract relevant candidates as we are looking to make the search extremely thorough and produce
the best short-list possible. These methods will include using our networks, searching the database, using various
appropriate job boards and Linked-in and if required, with your approval, we can also advertise the position in the
appropriate media.
CANDIDATE ASSESSMENT
The Hays Consultants will personally interview each relevant candidate that passes our pre-screening checks.
Where candidates can be met on a face-to-face basis then the interview will always be conducted in person. In
circumstances where the candidate is outside of the Kingdom, we will conduct video conferencing or Skype
interviews. If you have specific questions that you would like asked, they can be incorporated in the interviews.
Likewise, if you would like competency-based questions utilised then we are able to accommodate this.
We seek to add value to the recruitment process; hence for the shortlist submitted we will provide commentary
on every candidate. Since our Consultants have screened these applicants, we are able to provide a useful
insight which will highlight their relevant experience, reasons behind presenting them, performance in interview
and any particular strengths or weaknesses. You will then be in an informed position to decide on the suitable
applicants to interview and possible areas for focus for that interview.
Please note that throughout the process we shall provide regular updates every week, as a minimum, and on
conclusion of the assignment you shall receive a report detailing all of the individuals approached regarding the
position. Therefore, we provide complete transparency of our work.

five million professional candidates. Integrated Google
Search technology allows for rapid creation of suitable
candidate long-lists.

Referrals Hays research shows that applicants referred by other
successful candidates are twice as likely to secure a new
role than those attracted through other channels. Hays
therefore operates a range of initiatives, incentives and
promotions to encourage frequent referrals from its
candidate population.

COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Your Account Manager Aaron Fletcher will be able to have regular client meetings ensuring a flow of
communication. We shall provide weekly update reports, and in addition the team will be available at short notice
should you have any queries or require any calls.
Sarah Dixon, Managing Director of our regional business in the Middle East, will be taking an active interest and will
make follow up calls to check on service delivery and customer satisfaction. It is also worth highlighting that every
candidate that has an interview will be sent an automatically generated customer satisfaction questionnaire, and
every response is sent to our Regional MD.

Due to the requirements of both roles we are suggesting a fixed fee & retained service. To confirm, these retainer
fees, will only be charged on the roles you would like to engage us on.
Fixed fee & Retained Payment Schedule:
 The first stage retainer fee to commence the search will be 33% of the fixed fee.
 Final stage payment will be the remaining amount of the fixed fee – 67%. This will be charged on the
successful candidates first official day with the business.
Example:
Projects Director
Fixed fee = AED 140,000
First stage retainer: AED 46,200 (calculation below)
33% of AED 140,000 = AED 46,200 (paid upon commencement of the search)
Final stage retainer = AED 140,000 – AED 46,200 = AED 93,800
Head of Procurement
Fixed fee = AED 110,000
First stage retainer: AED 36,300 (calculation below)
33% of 110,000 AED = AED 36,300 (paid upon commencement of the search)
Final stage retainer = AED 110,000 – AED 36,300 = AED 73,700
This is a much more results orientated model than the far majority of our competitors, with the far bulk of the fee
payable on completion.

OUR UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR NEED Archirodon is a large multinational construction group with 60 years of international experience, starting from the construction of two “signature” projects, Beirut Port in Lebanon and Port of Benghazi, Libya. We have been gradually developed into a major international contractor, expanding its operations initially in Saudi Arabia and subsequently in other Gulf countries, in North Africa and the Mediterranean area. Today Archirodon are considered a leading EPC player internationally with 1$ billion annual revenue, capacity in more than 30 countries around the globe across 4 continents, building mega construction projects of great complexity. Archirodon is looking to partner with a recruitment consultancy to support with two critical and senior hires within the business.  Projects Director  Head of Procurement PROPOSED METHOD For the recruitment of your two vacancies, we propose using a specific retained headhunt campaign. The exercise would firstly entail researching the relevant companies across the region and internationally that would have sufficient synergy with your business. Our dedicated Researchers will then carry out the necessary business intelligence to identify suitable candidates for the position. Throughout the process we are completely transparent, all of the information will be shared with you to keep track of our progress. Hays team would then directly contact these individuals to ascertain their interest in such an opportunity. Candidates would be assessed with your specific needs in mind and the relevant short-list would then be forwarded, along with commentary on each candidate. We would of course handle the interview process, feedback, and offer management. Our Approach A retained search is recommended as this is a critical, senior, and specific appointments, requiring candidates of the very highest calibre. This will be a limited talent pool of candidates who, most likely, are not actively looking for a new job opportunity. Hence, the need for a pro-active approach. Whilst we feel that the headhunt exercise will likely produce the most desired results, we will simultaneously use other methods to attract relevant candidates as we are looking to make the search extremely thorough and produce the best short-list possible. These methods will include using our networks, searching the database, using various appropriate job boards and Linked-in and if required, with your approval, we can also advertise the position in the appropriate media. CANDIDATE ASSESSMENT The Hays Consultants will personally interview each relevant candidate that passes our pre-screening checks. Where candidates can be met on a face-to-face basis then the interview will always be conducted in person. In circumstances where the candidate is outside of the Kingdom, we will conduct video conferencing or Skype interviews. If you have specific questions that you would like asked, they can be incorporated in the interviews. Likewise, if you would like competency-based questions utilised then we are able to accommodate this.
  • 5. We seek to add value to the recruitment process; hence for the shortlist submitted we will provide commentary on every candidate. Since our Consultants have screened these applicants, we are able to provide a useful insight which will highlight their relevant experience, reasons behind presenting them, performance in interview and any particular strengths or weaknesses. You will then be in an informed position to decide on the suitable applicants to interview and possible areas for focus for that interview. Please note that throughout the process we shall provide regular updates every week, as a minimum, and on conclusion of the assignment you shall receive a report detailing all of the individuals approached regarding the position.   • 8. COST Due to the requirements of both roles we are suggesting a fixed fee & retained service. To confirm, these retainer fees, will only be charged on the roles you would like to engage us on. Fixed fee & Retained Payment Schedule:  The first stage retainer fee to commence the search will be 33% of the fixed fee.  Final stage payment will be the remaining amount of the fixed fee – 67%. This will be charged on the successful candidates first official day with the business. Example: Projects Director Fixed fee = AED 140,000 First stage retainer: AED 46,200 (calculation below) 33% of AED 140,000 = AED 46,200 (paid upon commencement of the search) Final stage retainer = AED 140,000 – AED 46,200 = AED 93,800 Head of Procurement Fixed fee = AED 110,000 First stage retainer: AED 36,300 (calculation below) 33% of 110,000 AED = AED 36,300 (paid upon commencement of the search) Final stage retainer = AED 110,000 – AED 36,300 = AED 73,700 This is a much more results orientated model than the far majority of our competitors, with the far bulk of the fee payable on completion.
