5. The radial forging machine is a special machine in processing solid or hollow long shaft parts .2
to 8 swaging hammers in average for 240~1800 strokes/min in rapid and synchronization forging
process producing circular cross sections in low speed rotation and axial feeding.
Hot or cold radial forging machine improves the micro structure, tensile and performance 40 to
50% With tolerances OD ±0.5 mm, cold forging OD ±0.1 mm diameter.
6. Bars
>2-3 forging cycles-example 1－archives deformation 50－70%
>incorporating cooling cycle example 2－on bars belowΦ120mm/L 6000 mm, the forging
with good permeability the deformation may reach more than 80% and straightness<3mm/m
with best homogenous microstructure of bar.

Tubes
>2-3 forging cycles－example 1－archives deformation 30－50%.

3000mm.We choose the forged tube and machined tube with the similar chemical
composition, the same blooming forging process and different radial forging process.
