1. Reference for Anette Jakobsen
To whom it may concern:
I have had the pleasure of working with Anette for nine years. During that time, I have got to know a loyal
and dedicated colleague who clearly takes her work and career extremely seriously. Anette never gets
flustered in times when work piles up, but calmly and methodically plans and sets priorities so that jobs are
dealt with and deadlines met.
Anette is a skilled and curious user of CAT tools and other IT. Anette’s enthusiasm for the MemoQ CAT tool
is beyond comparison. Anette is particularly aware of the importance of terminology in translation work
and she is very skilled at term-base management and research.
Anette is very aware that a little time spent optimising work processes can lead to great long-term
efficiency benefits. She is quick to take initiative and make improvements in this area.
Finally, above all I will miss Anette’s ‘we-can-do-it’ attitude. Anette looks for solutions rather than
problems.
I have no hesitation in recommending Anette to any employer/client.
