1 of 4 Fellows selected from 35 candidates for a highly competitive corporate fellowship program for
military veterans. Chosen by board review and interview selection process to work with Amazon in an Area
Manager position at a regional logistics and distribution center.
Key Results:
 Planned and executed a process improvement project. Conducted efficiency analysis, developed
implementation guidelines, safety and risk assessment, and employee training plan. Resulted in the 5S
compliant standardization of the process and preparation for network-wide deployment.
 Security Operations Manager United States Army October 2014 – Present
Manage and supervise the processing and control of personnel records, maintain compliance with
information security protocols, and conduct physical security inspections. Support and implement executive
policies at the operational level. Directly responsible for leading the development, training, morale, and
technical proficiency of section employees.
