 I plan and execute an annual Cruise plan in line with company expectations.
 To make sure I deliver all Cruise KPI targets for my region with effective communication

Achieved a promotion due to my performance in the Aberdare shop
to simultaneously managing both Aberdare and Port Talbot stores as
a town ship role. Responsibilities remained the same as in Aberdare
but successfully achieved two sets of targets and turned Port Talbot
store from a loss making store to a profit making store.

Responsibilities include successful day to day management of the
store, compliance with health & safety, quality and customer
satisfaction. Investing time in my team to pass on my experience and

Responsibilities include management of both sections working with
both team managers to ensure we were receiving the best
performance out of both teams. Regularly conducting management
meetings to review performance, development needs, provide
coaching, ensure foreign exchange targets were met including growth
target yoy and the whole team consistently delivered on the service
strategy.
