Article content versioning is a new feature in Joomla 3.2. This enables you to store a history of previous "saves" or your articles. It also allows you to compare the differences between two versions. To keep a version forever, click the button in the “Keep Forever” column.

15. Restoring a previous version of a Joomla
article.

Check the box against the version to “restore”.
