Download your backlink profile from Google Webmaster Tools (Search Console) – Frequency will depend on the time you are putting into outreach (Once a week sounds reasonable to me).
Download your competitors backlink profile and paste the backlinks right underneath your backlink profile (you should have everything in column A). Remember the row number.
Select Column A, Click the Data Tab and Press Remove Duplicates.
Go to the row number you remembered earlier – Every URL after that row is a new opportunity for you to get a link.
