to further your education by attending graduate school is a very wise;nove

completion of this schooling, coupled with the experience gained at ARHA,
you will be in a fine position to select a more lucrative assignment in

Your outstanding work as a Placement 0fficer has not gone un-not'iced.
Several personsr including department heads, have expressed admiration
on the manner in wh'ich you performed your dut'ies. As our bilingual expert,

identifying the'ir problems has made our tasks much easier. I recall yourr
outstanding work on the HUD piiot program concerning Title VI compliance.
HUD selected our Authority as the sole nationwide site for testing
fair housing practices. The easy retrieval of automated data and quick
resolution of problems associated with tl're systems test, played a major
role in the ultimate success of this jo'int venture. l,.lithout doubt, your
