 Lead analyses and make recommendations to the Federal Programs Specialist (FPS), State Programs Specialist (SPS)
and Division Administrator. This includes program and administrative support, analytical and evaluative work
related to Federal investigative and enforcement programs and initiatives using proprietary software.
 Support investigators, auditors and inspectors when needed in performing pre-investigation research; communicate
with motor carriers requesting documents, answering and educating on compliance/safety data questions, sending
document request letters; support off-site investigations; and provide quantitative and qualitative analyses to the
Program Manager FPS/SPS of completed investigations.
 Lead research, tracking and analyzing workloads, investigation and inspection results; provide analyses to the FPS,
SPS and Division Administrator; identify efficiencies to meet Division’s monthly, quarterly, and yearly objectives
and to determine the Division’s progress in implementing programs, projects and initiatives; and monitor program
