The Drop-In Center offers a friendly and supportive setting for individuals who have mental health needs to
participate in leisure and recreation activities.
Stop by for a short visit or stay the afternoon. Individuals may join us for activities or attend scheduled outings in
the surrounding community. A lunch is served at 1:00pm.

Legoland Discovery Centre. There, your imagination can go CRAZY, What better way to spend a Saturday evening? Cheer on one of the
while building your own Lego creations, riding the “dragon”, best local hockey teams at the Edge Ice Arena in Bensenville as they
enjoying a short 3D movie, and more! But before we begin our take on the Indiana Ice. To make it even more special, this match is
adventure, we will fill our tummys with McDonald’s. *Please send open only to guests of Special Recreation Associations! Join us for
a sack lunch if your child does not or cannot eat McDonald’s. what promises to be a very exciting evening!

Do you dare? Climb your way to the top and build your strength and endurance! This program takes us to the indoor rock climbing wall
at the Hoffman Estates Park District. Don’t worry if you have never climbed, instructors will provide everything you need to be successful!
A special waiver must be filled out for this program in order to participate.

Get in out of the cold by joining us for a winter tradition at NEDSRA. Games and festivities are scheduled all day, with
opening ceremonies starting at 9:00am. Stop by, enjoy the games and participate in other activities! Our Tournament
features superb athletes from all over the Midwest. Don’t forget to visit the concession stand and try your luck with

4th Annual NEDSRA Bowling Tournament W101020
Youth and Adults with a Physical Disability
Mark your calendar! Each bowler will be placed into a competition bracket based on his or her ability and age. Awards
will be given to the winner of each division, and for skill and score accomplishments. Food and refreshments will be
served to all bowlers after the Tournament. Bowling ramps, balls, and shoes will be provided.
