1. Comprehensive development of Material consumption report in excel and computation ,with basic data
from sap. This report provides the following details with single computation
a) Material cost against each job card
b) Status of job card as to in WIP or Finished
c) Production quantity, job card wise and item code wise
d) Job card wise yield, which is consolidated at Item code level
e) Complete segregation at job card level for costs of WIP & finished items
f) Per unit cost of material at item code level
g) Shows conversions from one item code to other (Splits)
h) Provides details on scrap, job card wise
2. Comprehensive development of report for Overhead computation., in excel , for absorption into products
a) Segregation of overheads cost center wise between manufacturing, Marketing & Administration overheads.
b) Apportionment of costcenter wise costs onto products , based on technical norms, as approved by Technical head.
c) Time booking , jobcard wise is extracted from SAP and Machine & Labour hours ascertained . Productwise
d) Overheads are segregated as to which can be absorbed on Machine or Labour , plant wise
e) Productwise MHR & LHR is computed for the month and allocated on jobcards, based on their actual hours booked
f) Overhead cost / piece is ascertained.
In addition to above, developed following analytical reports :-

c) Foreign Exchange tracker vis a vis Budget for easy understanding of forex position , on monthly basis.
This ensured timely compilation of MIS, i.e. within 12days of subsequent month, for all the 3 companies, in the
absence of Controlling module in sap.
Treasury activities :-
a) Constantly looking into options of availment of PCFC / BC to reduce the interest cost.
b) Working capital management by strict monitoring of its components through monthly working capital statements
and ageing reports
c) Monthly MIS on banking operations for taking appropriate calls on forex operations, sent to Corporate Treasury
d) Weekly cash flow to management with projections for next week and actual achievement against the past week’s
projections
e) Periodic FFR reports to banks for CC availment
f) Term Loan availment and utilization and reporting to bank about the same.
g) Exchange Rate confirmation with Bank’s treasury before payments
h) Review of Funds availability on daily basis
Standard Costs :-
a) Computation of standard costs for Finished & Semi Finished goods (more than 30000 items) including new items
being created manually. Controlling Module is under implementation.
Budgeting :-
a) Annual budgets with with Productwise profitability, Balance sheet, , Ratios, Working capital & Fund flow statements.
b) Computaiton of Monthly budgets based on annual approved budget.
3. Theory of Constraints (TOC) :-
a) Weekly & Cumulative scorecard preparation for TOC (Theory of Constraints) reviews, with management , to
understand the Throughput(T) , Stocks , T/OE (Operating Expenses) , T/I(Investments).
Financial Accounting , Audits & Statutory compliances :-
a) Handling of Audits :- Statutory (as per Revised Schedule VI) , Internal, Tax , Transfer Pricing and Cost
