Quality Policy

Quality Objectives:
• Equipments are designed, manufactured and tested as per ASME sec VIII
Div 1 requirements.
• Pressure equipments and machines are inspected stage wise and
comply to other Quality Assurance Plan
• Trial runs are conducted for all machines to ensure all physical
parameters are within their operating limits.
• Welding are complying to WPS and PQR as per ASME standards.
• Vessels are Hydraulic tested as per ASME standards SS equipments are
pickled and passivated to ASME standards.

• The following Non Destructive Examinations are carried out by qualified
personnel from ANSI level II as per ASME standards.
– Ultrasonic testing
– Dye penetrant testing
– Radiography testing
– Magnetic Particle testing
– Vacuum Testing
– Positive material identification
• An inspection document folder is submitted along with supply.
Third Party Inspection :
• We are equipped to manufacture various components and equipments
in accordance with Standards and Third party inspection like Bureau
Veritas, Lloyds, Quest, etc.
• Attention is paid to provide adequate machine shop backup to meet the
stringent requirement of machining for all projects including drilling
and reaming of tube sheets, flanges, etc.
