My Job Description is as follow:
1. To provide comprehensive Quality Assurance, Shelf life, Market complaint of current
and new products.
2. To develop Quality Assurance, Shelf life, Market complaint and new product
development microbiology analysis and plan within budgetary constraints.
3. To implement Quality Assurance, Shelf life, Market complaint and new product
development microbiology analysis Program.
4. To Ensure that Quality Assurance, Shelf life, Market complaint and new product
development program and services meet the needs of Engro foods ltd.
5. To provide direction and development of staff to ensure program delivery, and
perform annual performance evaluation of subordinate staff.
6. To coordinate with production and milk procurement departments to increase Quality
Assurance, Shelf life of product.
7. To establish operating manuals for QA and Microbiology, for easiness in subordinates’
working.
8. Initiate & Lead continuous improvement initiatives of process quality assurance by
studying thoroughly product development process and then training his subordinates
about them.
9. Ensure proper documentation and logging of quality assurance tests and continuous
improvement activities records.

19. To provide input in developing comprehensive Quality Assurance procedures and
guidelines, determination of product shelf life and product
improvement/development.
20. To implement procedures and processes for regular testing and monitoring of critical
control points and process parameters, ensuring consistency in production processes
and finished goods quality.
21. To accept additional duties and other tasks in area other than initially assigned for
reasons of flexibility and availability of work.
