Since your home was market ready when you listed it, YOU
NOW HAVE A CONTRACT!!! The sales contract can be very
confusing so do not be afraid to ask questions. How you
respond or counter on this contract will determine how
much money you can put in your pocket.

days to conduct inspections of his or

are a home inspection, HVAC
inspection and a termite inspection
often referred to as a CL-100.

finalized. We’re not done yet. The
home will still have to be appraised to
ensure the sales price is within market
values and the title will be pulled to
