This document provides instructions for a workshop on building end-to-end IT lifecycle management on AWS using ServiceNow. The workshop will cover IT lifecycle overview, provisioning AWS resources through Service Catalog and ServiceNow, and integrating incident management with AWS Config, CloudWatch and ServiceNow. Participants will be guided through hands-on lab tasks to provision EC2 instances, order resources through ServiceNow, and create incidents for AWS configuration changes. Clean up instructions are also provided to avoid recurring charges after the workshop.

Presenters
MaSonya Scott – AWS Service Catalog Principal Business Development Manager
based in Atlanta, GA. Joined AWS in December 2016. Experience in operations and
ITSM consulting. Currently serves as the one of the liaisons between AWS and
ServiceNow.
Sagar Khasnis – AWS Solutions Architect based in Seattle, supporting AWS
Marketplace, AWS Service Catalog, and AWS Control Tower. He joined AWS in May
2018, and has been helping customers meet their business objectives through
innovative solutions in the AWS cloud.
