Assist Customer in deploying a fully functional COVID-19 Response Bot
2 to 5 days, to handle triage* based questions powered by Amazon Lex, through
at least one of multiple channels (phone call, web messaging, mobile app
messaging, or social media chatbot) * Triage - A process of determining the
