DIGITAL MARKETING
Digital marketing is the marketing of products or services using digital
technologies on the Internet, through mobile phone Apps, display
advertising, and any other digital mediums. Digital marketing
channels are systems based on the Internet that can create, accelerate,
and transmit product value from producer to a consumer terminal, through
digital networks.
The development of digital marketing, during the 1990s and 2000s,
changed the way brands and businesses use technology for marketing. As
digital platforms became increasingly incorporated into marketing plans and
everyday life, and as people increasingly use digital devices instead of
visiting physical shops, digital marketing campaigns have become
prevalent, employing combinations of search engine
optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), content
marketing, influencer marketing, content automation, campaign
marketing, data-driven marketing, e-commerce marketing, social media
marketing, social media optimization, e-mail direct marketing, display
advertising, e–books, and optical disks and games have become
commonplace. Digital marketing extends to non-Internet channels that
provide digital media, such as television, mobile phones (SMS and MMS),
callback, and on-hold mobile ring tones. The extension to non-Internet
channels differentiates digital marketing from online marketing.

online digital marketing include:
1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
2. Search Engine Marketing and Pay-Per-Click Advertising
3. Social Media Marketing
4. Content Marketing
5. Affiliate Marketing
6. Influencer Marketing
7. Email Marketing
8. Viral Marketing
1 Search Engine optimization
Search Engine Optimization or SEO refers to the process of growing your
online visibility in non-paid (organic) search engine results. SERPs or search
engine results pages appear to users after they search for a given set of
keywords using a search engine like Google or Bing. Each user receives an
individualized results page based on keywords, the user’s location at the time
of searching, and their browsing history.
Organic search results appear in a list and are ranked using the search
engine’s algorithm. As users change the way they search and engage with
online content, these algorithms change. The higher you rank on a SERP, the
more traffic is directed to your site and the more chances of making a passive
visitor an active customer.
There are two different types of the SEO
1.On-page SEO: On-page SEO is the practice of optimizing individual
web pages in order to rank higher and earn more relevant traffic in
search engines. On-page refers to both the content and HTML
source code of a page that can be optimized, as opposed to off-
page SEO which refers to links and other external signals.

3.Off-page SEO: Off page SEO refers to techniques that can be used to
improve the position of a web site in the search engine results page
(SERPs). Many people associate off-page SEO with link building but
it is not only that. In general, off Page SEO has to do with
promotion methods – beyond website design –for the purpose of
ranking a website higher in the search results.

The Google Webmaster Tool (Or Google Search Console) is a totally free
and vitally valuable service offeredby Google to all website admins. Google
Search Console allows you to monitor your site’s execution, submit content
for crawling, recognize issues, expel content you do not need to index, see
the search inquiries that influencedguests to your site, screen backlinks and
a lot more. Before going into details, let us first understand what is Google
Webmaster Tools or Google Search Console-

he tool allows you to track websites, blogs, and social networks. In
addition, it puts at your disposal predetermined and customizable
reports. As indicated in its entry in Wikipedia, Analytics “offers grouped
information of the traffic that arrives at the websites according to the
audience, the acquisition, the behavior, and the conversions carried out
on the website.” And also, Google Analytics is the dominant tool. It
offers more data and metrics than any other.

 Sources of traffic

DIGITAL MARKETING Digital marketing is the marketing of products or services using digital technologies on the Internet, through mobile phone Apps, display advertising, and any other digital mediums. Digital marketing channels are systems based on the Internet that can create, accelerate, and transmit product value from producer to a consumer terminal, through digital networks. The development of digital marketing, during the 1990s and 2000s, changed the way brands and businesses use technology for marketing. As digital platforms became increasingly incorporated into marketing plans and everyday life, and as people increasingly use digital devices instead of visiting physical shops, digital marketing campaigns have become prevalent, employing combinations of search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), content marketing, influencer marketing, content automation, campaign marketing, data-driven marketing, e-commerce marketing, social media marketing, social media optimization, e-mail direct marketing, display advertising, e–books, and optical disks and games have become commonplace. Digital marketing extends to non-Internet channels that provide digital media, such as television, mobile phones (SMS and MMS), callback, and on-hold mobile ring tones. Viral Marketing 1 Search Engine optimization Search Engine Optimization or SEO refers to the process of growing your online visibility in non-paid (organic) search engine results. SERPs or search engine results pages appear to users after they search for a given set of keywords using a search engine like Google or Bing. Each user receives an individualized results page based on keywords, the user’s location at the time of searching, and their browsing history. Organic search results appear in a list and are ranked using the search engine’s algorithm. As users change the way they search and engage with online content, these algorithms change. The higher you rank on a SERP, the more traffic is directed to your site and the more chances of making a passive visitor an active customer. There are two different types of the SEO 1.On-page SEO: On-page SEO is the practice of optimizing individual web pages in order to rank higher and earn more relevant traffic in search engines.
