Reg:-To make payment of outstanding vehicle repairing bill
With reference to the above we would like to inform that we have to make payment of Rs.35,
300/-(Rupees thirty-five thousand three hundred only) towards the repairing & spares parts of
Vehicle no.OR02/AH/4087.But we have already paid Rs.10, 000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) &
the rest amount will be paid through cDAR cheque.
This above mentioned vehicle will be used in our office purpose and the driver will be got his
salary from our office. The driver will be bound to maintain the Log-book of the vechile.The
detail bills is attached.
