there is no windows placed at west , thus reducing the
heat load

the primary material being wood , it
naturally gives a luxrious and good
feel to the user
there is a double height wide lobby
which has two angled staircases
leading to the recreation and banquet

a south indian cuisine lies to the right
of the lobby , where as there is a cafe at the left
the pool is visible from the lobby and restricted
by buffer zones

every user deserves design concerns. thereforth each end every room were seperately planned and designed according
to the views available , narrowing the room towards windows , having a wide space and feel . deluxe rooms come with a
standard bed and restrooms , while the executive has seating areas . and the apartment studios adding a pantry
and dining space. fire exits are located at both wings of the “w” section

banquet view view of the presidential suite pool banquet shades the pool
presidential suite banquet and multi cuisine
the presidential suite defines luxury in
its own way. it has a well spaced living
which gives access to the cantilevered
swimming pool and party area .the suite
has 3 luxurious bedroms and a pantry
cum dining space
the banquet hall occupies the top floor
and also accompanied by multi cuisine
restaurants which also is a roof top
restaurant when there is no need for the
banquet.part of the banquet is cantilevered
which hosts the buffets that are connected
to two kitchens , each at one wingto two kitchens , each at one wing

a huge spacial park is designed at front of the club house which
acts a park to kids , play area for adults with different sports

leads directly to the clubhouse

hexagonally aligned surrounding

7. WEEKEND RESIDENCE

the brief was to design a weekend resdience for a family. the residence
would be often used for parties and celebrations .
challenge was that the trees at the site has to remain the same
deconstructivisim with angled
spaces in order to align with the trees
and give the user feel of a wide space.
each space was fragmented

8. inspired and analysis of the beauty of nature , resulted on the
question of a design which has angles and curves as its most significant
part. curves inspired from the fluidity of water and angles inspired from
the roughness of landforms
the general idea was to keep the students activity towards the left
and the public access to the right
the dedicated exhibition area led to the outdoor exhibition which was
placed at the landscaped seating
it led to the canteen again having outdoor seating which makes the
user to indulge in the beauty of the structure
the ground floor had central exhibitional area which was used to exhibit
important exhibits. and a dedicated exhibitional area towards the right .
beyond the central exhibition area was the huge auditorium
the left wing had the classrooms for the art students accompanied
by a library
