watch an in-app safety video and
pass a test during registration
which competitors do not
require.
Zapp users must pass an in-app
puzzle/sobriety test before
renting after 11 PM. Zapp’s
technology can limit when and
where vehicles are rented in
certain areas after dark and in
areas with heavy alcohol
consumption.
We encourage users to attend our free safety
classes for free t-shirts and ride time.
