In this session we will discuss some current research demonstrating how Psychological Safety is paramount in creating high performing teams. The lack of psychological safety within teams is a common problem and we will discuss strategies for how to facilitate and foster an environment of safety in the context of difficult work situations. We will also discuss the physiological basis for psychological safety and review the research backing the importance of this team dynamic.
