Brad Simons
Talent Acquisition
Charles Schwab
2309 Gracy Farms Ln
Austin, TX 78758
Dear Mr. Simons,
Ever since I was about 15 years old (roughly a decade ago), I have had an interest into investments and numbers. It all
started with my parents investing with Charles Schwab, along with my father throughout the years taking me to his
different financial brokers so I can learn how investing works and why even a young guy like myself should learn it.
Individuals need to have investing in their lives and the sooner the better for an amazing retirement.
As Albert Einstein once said: “Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earn it.”
I am the person for the role for not only do I believe in Charles Schwab mission of growing investments, but to ensure
the best in quality service to our current clients. That includes more than having an MBA degree, what I can provide is
an appetite for continuous learning (reading books, Udemy, Lynda.com), as I read at least one book a month ranging
from business to psychology. This paired with collaborating and getting together with other like-minded individuals
to improve the quality of service for Charles Schwab clients.
I have completed multiple data analysis projects involving eBay, Target, CDK Global and Amazon as MBA projects.
During my time when completing my MBA, I worked with a diverse set of individuals across the country, paired with
international students and that involved lots of collaborating as the solutions involved knowing what we were talking
about. Some projects involved as much as a few GB of data, such as for our Capstone project with CDK Global that
allowed us to improve sales with existing clients by 15% per client.
I look forward to an opportunity for an interview and appreciate you taking the time to read my cover letter and
resume.
Sincerely,
Eric C. Alldritt
