COPY AND PRINT LEADER, STAPLES — 2012–PRESENT
Serves as the leader for the Copy and Print Department. Responsible for creating and maintaining a
successful Inspired Selling culture in the Copy & Print Center that is committed to delivering results by
providing solutions to customers by managing relationships. Responsible for driving profitable sales growth
through team development, quality production and operational effectiveness. This critical role is
accountable for achieving key metrics to include profitable sales and margin, customer satisfaction
(including quality production), public relations, associate satisfaction and turnover reduction.
DRUG AND ALCOHOL SERVICES: ADDICTION COUNSELING INTERN, ATASCADERO, CA - MAY 2015-AUGUST 2015
Assisted primary counselor in facilitating group and individual therapy sessions. Worked with clients in all levels of
care including Adult Drug court, Intensive Outpatient Therapy, DUI treatment and Juvenile/Transitional Aged Youth
substance abuse treatment programs. Gained over two hundred hours of patient experience.
SOFTBALL COACH, NITRO ORGANIZATION - 2012-PRESENT
Assisted head coach with player growth and development during practice and games. Served as softball
coach and personal mentor to the players.
