I often look back to the day I matriculated and then after working for a short period for the Government went on to work at the infamous Mount Nelson Hotel. I had little knowledge of the Hotel industry but through experience, perseverance and great team leaders I slowly got into the swing of things. I eventually landed up assisting in the HR Department and must say I have never looked back.
