 ZAIN-Sudan is part of ZAIN group which is a Telecom operator covers some of Middle East area.
 My role as Sr. BI/Data Warehouse Architect is to concern mainly about the design and modeling of
the Business Intelligence system; this contains some major tasks:
o Assistant Project Manager for new Oracle Communication Data Model OCDM.
o Integrate TABS, CBIO (POST-PAID billing systems),EMM Ericsson Multi Mediation (Pre-
paid system), ERP, Astellia (Core Network System) and VAS Systems with the BI System.
o Design Data Marts related to Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Network and Finance.
o Working with ODI for ETL/ELT daily loading on daily basis to support business users in
order to take the right decision on the right time.
o ETL Performance Tuning to reduce the delivery time for submitting the users’requests, thus;
enhancing the overall systemperformance.
