agent for EF (Education First). EF Education First (abbreviated as EF) is an international education company that
specializes in language training, educational travel, academic degree programs, and cultural exchange. The company

(258 Beds & 193 VIP, Deluxe & Superior rooms).(Assist BOD to set up the operation, SOPs for both Non Medical
& Medical team of Hospital)
Managing of 06 departments of Hospital,reporting to the COO, CEO main function is to provide property
management and operational support to the functioning of the hospital. The expected results of the job is to ensure
smooth operations of
logistical supports such as searching manpower, project development, building and equipment maintenance, food
service, front office and security services, housekeeping, facilities upgrading, properties and tenancy administration.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
In charge of the following 06 departments & related works:
1. Maintenance (building including equipment)
2. Food Service(for patients & guests)
3. Hospitality Management: front office, telephone operation, customer services, concierge
4. Housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, linen, pest control)
5. Security services
6. Tenancy Development & Administration (Medical suites, Schools, Food Centers, Coffee shops and all
tenants in hospital)
7. Daily working with construction contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers to ensure the building project,
M&E works, and drawings must be followed up at deadlines.
8. Assist BOD to search good manpower for both non medical & medical team, doctors.
9. Assist BOD to ensure that the project to be completely installed, constructed by contractors, suppliers
10. Work with equipment suppliers (both none & medical equipment suppliers) to ensure that the
installation should be installed as assigned M&E drawings.
11. Assist BOD, HR dept to set up all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for both non medical &
medical departments.
12. Assist BOD to do as Doctors relation & development consultant
13. Set up finance budget, plans for related departments
14. Assist BOD, Owners to track the budget and save cost for hospital
15. Assist BOD, Owners to do as Property Director
1. Maintenance
(i) Security
- Set up the security operation , both head of department and security staff
- Manage the outsourced Security Agency to implement measures to ensure security and safety in the
hospital building.
- Review and enhance fire safety measures constantly.
- Work with contractors, sub contractors, Hospital management team to ensure that the hospital to be
safety, the construction completed.
(ii) Building maintenance
- Set up the M & E maintenance ,engineering operation , both head of department and M&E,
engineering team
- Ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance of all building services in the hospital building,
off site offices and clinics. Essentially, the building services are mechanical and electrical services,
building structure and furniture.
- Plan the renovation/upgrade programs as input for the budget planning.
(iii) Equipment maintenance
- Ensure the general maintenance of all equipments in the hospital building, off site offices and
clinics.
- Plan the upgrade and/or replacement programs based on the evaluation of the condition and lifespan
of the equipments.
(iv) Vehicles
- Ensure the general management and maintenance of all hospital vehicles. The main challenge is to
ensure zero error in ambulance services.
- Plan the maintenance and/or replacement programs based on the evaluation of the condition and
lifespan of the vehicles.
2. Food & Beverage Service
- Set up the F&B operation , both head of department and services staff
(i) In patient food service
- Ensure the smooth operation of day to day food service to in patients and accompany family
members via the Food Service Manager and his/her team.
(ii) Food catering
- Set up the Kitchen operation , both head of department and kitchen staff
- Manage the outsourced food caterer to ensure delivery of quality food and services to the
visitors/staff at the Cafeteria, as well as for special functions.
- Manage 06 food outlets in Hospital
3. Hospitality Management: front office, telephone operation, customer services, concierge
- Set up front office team & department operation
4. Housekeeping Management
(i) Housekeeping
- Cleaning: manage the outsourced agency to ensure the housekeeping of patient wards and common
areas. This includes cleanliness, landscaping and pest control.
- Laundry: manage the outsourced agency to ensure the laundry of the hospital operation.
- Linen: ensure the collection of soiled linen from the wards/operating theaters/day surgery to be sent
for laundry, and conduct quality control on linen.
5. Tenancy Administration
(i) Manage the tenants in the hospital building as Landlord representative (monitoring of tenure, renewal of
tenancy, etc.)
(ii) Manage the tenancies of all off-site offices and clinics as Tenant representative (sourcing of property to
rent, negotiation of rental, management of renovations, etc.)
6.Security Services
- Manage all security team
- Ensure all properties and personals to be safety
Achievement :
 Set up very good operation system & All related Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs)
 Processed most of related licenses for Hospital
 Good preparation for soft and grand opening hospital in 2010 & 2011
 Good cost management and cost saving of 457 – 523 million VND per month for Hospital
 Achieved by setting up very good and potential operation team for property
 Achieved by increasing up 73% of tenancy occupancy in the 1st
year operation
 Good management of over 6 managers and over 200 staffs

Maintenance (i) Security - Set up the security operation , both head of department and security staff - Manage the outsourced Security Agency to implement measures to ensure security and safety in the hospital building. - Review and enhance fire safety measures constantly. - Work with contractors, sub contractors, Hospital management team to ensure that the hospital to be safety, the construction completed. (ii) Building maintenance - Set up the M & E maintenance ,engineering operation , both head of department and M&E, engineering team - Ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance of all building services in the hospital building, off site offices and clinics. Essentially, the building services are mechanical and electrical services, building structure and furniture. - Plan the renovation/upgrade programs as input for the budget planning. (iii) Equipment maintenance - Ensure the general maintenance of all equipments in the hospital building, off site offices and clinics. - Plan the upgrade and/or replacement programs based on the evaluation of the condition and lifespan of the equipments. (iv) Vehicles - Ensure the general management and maintenance of all hospital vehicles. The main challenge is to ensure zero error in ambulance services. - Plan the maintenance and/or replacement programs based on the evaluation of the condition and lifespan of the vehicles. 2. Food & Beverage Service - Set up the F&B operation , both head of department and services staff (i) In patient food service - Ensure the smooth operation of day to day food service to in patients and accompany family members via the Food Service Manager and his/her team. (ii) Food catering - Set up the Kitchen operation , both head of department and kitchen staff - Manage the outsourced food caterer to ensure delivery of quality food and services to the visitors/staff at the Cafeteria, as well as for special functions. - Manage 06 food outlets in Hospital 3. Hospitality Management: front office, telephone operation, customer services, concierge - Set up front office team & department operation 4. Housekeeping Management (i) Housekeeping - Cleaning: manage the outsourced agency to ensure the housekeeping of patient wards and common

This includes cleanliness, landscaping and pest control. - Laundry: manage the outsourced agency to ensure the laundry of the hospital operation. - Linen: ensure the collection of soiled linen from the wards/operating theaters/day surgery to be sent for laundry, and conduct quality control on linen. 5.
