28. Please follow the following steps for a
successful installation:
1. Deep-dive into certain features with snom and Lync (for example
Extension/PIN authentication, software update via Lync, etc.), please
read the UC full documentation v3.
2. If you like to automatically mass roll-out the UC edition firmware you can
do this out-of-the-box as described in the UC v3 Guide.
3. If you run into a troubleshoot scenario, please download the "Topology
Checklist Dokument" and make sure your installation complies with
every mentioned point.
4. snom offers professional service support for your Lync deployments to
help smootly run Lync in your organization. This support covers BToE
rollout, secure phone management and snom unique
productivity features.
