(STS) teams, as well as project coordination for those solutions, enhancing process efficiency of the Quote to
Cash (Q2C) process.
• Achieved 100% pre-validation status for Solution Growth Initiatives (SGI) opportunities with order/contract
activity in 2013, through extensive knowledge of current order listing and advanced use of Excel and IBM
systems.
• Performed updates to cloud database with all newly assigned tracking numbers, contributing to exceeding the
37% year-end coverage for 2012 focusing on cloud solutions.

• Assisted partners providing graphics support and document preparation for a client proposal, resulting in a
$400M win for IBM.
• Attained $64M win by managing a proposal for a Business Transformation Outsourcing (BTO) bid, collaborating
with team formatting documents and incorporating new material into master document for distribution to
