Solutions Enablement Lead (Program Manager) (2011 - 2016)
• Created process flow charts, desk level procedures (DLP) and solution education for Sales Transaction Support
(STS) teams, as well as project coordination for those solutions, enhancing process efficiency of the Quote to
Cash (Q2C) process.
• Achieved 100% pre-validation status for Solution Growth Initiatives (SGI) opportunities with order/contract
activity in 2013, through extensive knowledge of current order listing and advanced use of Excel and IBM
systems.
• Performed updates to cloud database with all newly assigned tracking numbers, contributing to exceeding the
37% year-end coverage for 2012 focusing on cloud solutions.
