This project analyzes the situation and proposes an alternative to the current idea of
decadent food markets , incorporating new uses and providing the square with a
public, living space.
The target of this intervention is to maintain and rehabilitate the existing market in
addition to expand to a new market model function as an instrument of revival of the
neighborhood and sustainable with the environment.

6. THERMAL BATHS
In the past,Turkish baths or hamams were not only used
to cleans the body and skin, but as a social meeting site.
This project aims to connect the port to the old town and
function as thermal baths.

The "Center studies Tangier Matisse" try to be a space for study and cultural diffusion. As a new
living space and culture in the city, the building will support the scheduling of conferences,
exhibitions and even small concerts.

This project is to redefine the concept of University Residence which is understood until now
as a mere student housing.
The project comprises three pavilions, each pavilon is a common continuous space that
connects with housing blocks. The rooms are different conforming to different profiles of
students of these times. The common spaces area change according to the needs that
students need and is where a symbiotic connection happen between them.
CAUEM
9. This is a mixed lattice structure consisting of
compounds gantries HEB steel pillars and flat
reinforced concrete beams , on which support forged .
Unidirectional formed by concrete beams in which
supporting ceramic slabs and filled breast . Except for
the manufacture of plant low which will consist of
resistant joists as being a suspended floor is
impossible to use struts .

elements structural , there is provided the computer
software : CYPE CAD.
BUILDING STRUCTURE
The proposed solution is a metal
structure formed by a lattice truss
beams composed of IPN beams
supported on HEB, this network will
be braced by means of metal straps
plus by metal straps.
It has adopted this type of structure
according to parameters of design
and functionality, as well as
constructive and economic.

CONSTRUCTIVE SOLUTION
This material was chosen because it is
flexible, cheap and durable. two different
types depending on the degree of opacity

The parts will be self-supporting structure
