RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leading a team of 20 SAP BASIS administrators to support multiple clients from regional
and global using SAP solution for enterprise and business.
• Responsible for service reviews with customers to assess the performance against KPIs
specified in the SLA and ensure service provided meets the requirements of SLA,
including agreed parameters around quality, cost, availability/reliability.
• Responsible for operational effectiveness and efficiency (Internal KPI) to meet the high
demand from customer.
• Responsible for high performance and quality of service being delivered to customers that
meet the requirements and agreed service levels. When required, co-ordinate the
investigation and resolution of service failures including Customer complaints.
• Managing the running cost and keep the operation team financial healthy. Responsible to
make sure the SAP operation met the profit target given by company.
• Stabilised the complex system landscape through proactive measurement - patrol
monitoring and Netcool.
• Leading the high experience technical team during major outage to deliver the solution
and restore the service with minimum downtime.
• Responsible for managing resources to ensure operation have sufficient resources to run
the operation with efficiencies.
• Responsible for recruiting and hiring talented professional to meet the company
requirement and customer demand.
• Review performance assessment for employee and provide plan for improvement.
• Develop effective technical and change processes to improve day-to-day operation.
• Responsible for interfaces and integration between other service line / support groups to

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsibilities as deputy team lead and customer responsible for Philips account.
• Supporting the head of team to manage a team of 20 Basis engineers on daily operation
covered 24x7 SAP support for Philips account.
• Full responsibility for the operational service.
 Ensure all operational processes are follow and delivery the operation services to

technology by the company to improve the existing system
