X = [(a+b+c)/y]
z
Given :
Case 1 : a = 8, b=8,c=8, y =3, z = 2
Case 2: a = 8, b=8, c=8, y =6, z= 2
Answers:
Case 1 = [(8+8+8)/3]/2 = 24/3 = 8 & 8/2=4,
So, X = 4.
Case 2 = [(8+8+8)/6]/2 = 24/6 =4 & 4/2 =2,
So X = 2.

If you read the graph, it shows when your self orientation is highest the trust gained is least. Also, consider the time constant. In the same amount of time with lower self orientation you can develop greater trust.
This is a universally accepted equation of trust by Charles H Greens. Our entire presentation will revolve around this equation.
This activity can be done for a small group ranging from 10 to 30 people. The idea is to get more details and see if the team members are actively listening to the rules. When the trainer asks questions like why a particular cast was made, they will give reasons as to why they chose the person, basis traits identified. i.e the person has gained credibility or their personality shows that trait.
Here the trainer will highlight the team spirit of the group also the level of dependency can be identified and developed later on. This activity is to highlight that its the team spirit and not individual winning that matters. However, trainers can also highlight more areas to their respective groups.
It is important for teams to be intimate with each other so as to support and function better. This activity is aimed to show decent intimacy levels within groups at the organizational level.
