 The project deals in configuring and trouble -shooting Cisco Routers on DSL access lines in Europe region.

POP node on BT’s MPLS cloud to establish a VPN circuit.
 This project involves the complete responsibilityof each and every Standard DSL site anywhere in the Europe that is
delivered byour clients, BT Plc, andthus demands for round the clockavailabilityandmission critical decision making.

Prime Highlights –

This project works for E-2-E Service Deliveryof IVS Encore MPLS & DSL access to BT Infonet & BT Radianz (Reuters) for 1
year. This involved tasks from order management in various BT proprietary & commercial systems.
It required allocationports onBT’s POPnodes onthe MPLS clouds as per the individual site requirements. Everything covered with
stringent SLAs.
