GO TO http://img.com.ph and Log-in using the username &
password in your agent online access.
Client must submit application form with complete details and correct
Email Address.
Once the policy has been approved, the Username and Password will
be sent to the Email address the client had provided in his application
Create proposal. This can be sent to your prospective client using
the email address provided.
The client will receive email containing the link to complete the
application form and proceed to payment.
For completed applications , they will be transmitted to Kaiser for
processing and E-policy will be issued once approved.
For incomplete or with lacking information the agent or the client will
continue to receive daily notification of the status until it is completed.

Type your Username and Password then click Login
Now you can view your account, you can view Policy Details,
Download Current Bill, View Payment History, Starter Guide, Health
Care Contract, Schedule of Benefits and also you can Pay Bill online.
