7. MENTAL ASPECT
❖Learning is something that is a lifelong endeavor.
❖Studies show that continuing to exercise your brain is a great way to
improve cognitive abilities and maintain mental health into an old age

and challenge ourselves, especially as we get older.
❖Education makes you a better and more well-rounded person overall,
and it’s an essential component to all self- improvement.

❖Emotional or Psychological refers how thinking,
feeling and behaving interact and happen in a
person.

learn new things and challenge ourselves, especially
as we get older.
❖Stress management is essential for mental health
and emotional intelligence.

❖Healthy relationships plays an important role
to happiness and well-being. “No one is an
island” means that we need people to be part of
our personality development. We have to
develop rapport with family, neighbors, friends
and others so we can have satisfaction in our
dealings with them.
10. SPIRITUAL ASPECT
❖Refer to this area as religion. But, it is not
simply means that the way but rather this
means your real purpose of life. It includes
conscientiousness means likely to be
organized, systematic, careful, thorough,
responsible, self- disciplined, and
achievement oriented.
