I gladly write this letter of recommendation for Aida Jonuzi and her numerous accomplishments as an Operations
Intern for Protis Global during the summer of 2015. As the Director of Operations for Protis Global I had the
distinct pleasure of working with and overseeing Aida on a variety of operations initiatives for the four months she
interned at our organization. When Aida joined us, she did not have any first-hand experience in business
operations, but she quickly exceeded our expectations by completing new and challenging projects at a
professional level. As a firm that depends on a strong Operations team, Aida’s work left a lasting impact on our
organization and places her in our top five interns I have worked with in the past 10 years.
Aida’s passion for learning is evident in her work. With minimal direction she helped revamp our digital and
traditional marketing materials. From our website to social media to collateral, she offered creative suggestions
and was timely with implementation. She managed and coordinated a photo shoot for new team bio pictures on
her own with great success. Aida has the technical know-how to contribute on a variety of tasks and quickly
learned how to integrate these ideas with our larger organizational objectives which made it easy for us to trust
her with high-level projects. That was demonstrated when she was a pivotal part in the creation of our firm’s “Help
Desk”. She not only created the messaging for our stakeholders but also helped run the day-to-day requests.
Additionally, Aida demonstrated professionalism and respect by timely submitting her projects and communicating
clearly in staff meetings by asking the right questions. Our team was also impressed with her work ethic and drive.
I therefore strongly recommend Aida. She is as valuable in any classroom as she was in our organization. I am
confident she will be a strong asset to any future program or firm.
