In general, we’re seeing a trend towards
“Flow-thinking/Kanban Inside”

  • 11. We see more and more ScrumBan = Best of Kanban + Scrum NOTE: In many cases the “Ban” part is hidden inside… a.k.a Stealth Kanban…
  • 12. In general, we’re seeing a trend towards “Flow-thinking/Kanban Inside” OTOH Flow/Kanban is being used more and more to help deal with scale/legacy issues. In many cases w/o calling it Kanban… Scrum Kanban IT Enterprise Product Dev Deep Engineering/ System Companies Product Dev Kanban on its own is moving (very) slowly through the adoption lifecycle
